Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a RevOps Manager to join the team at Lumiform. In this role, you'll build the engine that fills our sales pipeline: mapping our total addressable market, finding the right contacts, and running signal-based outbound campaigns that get demos on the calendar.

In Short

• Own the top of the sales funnel and build infrastructure for outreach.
• Use tools like Clay, n8n/Make, Claude, Lemlist, and HubSpot.
• Build and maintain the Total Addressable Market (TAM) in Clay.
• Automatically identify and enrich contact persons per account.
• Set up signal-based triggers for outreach timing.
• Run outbound campaigns across multiple channels.
• Focus on demo scheduling as a key performance indicator.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene and structure.
• Conduct manual research as needed.
• Continuously test and iterate on outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent in Clay for building TAMs and workflows.
• Comfortable using HubSpot for managing pipeline stages.
• Ability to write effective outbound copy.
• Experience running outbound campaigns.
• Highly analytical with a focus on tracking and measuring results.
• Willingness to perform manual research.
• Background in business, marketing, or related field.
