Sales Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a SalesOps Manager to join the team at Lumiform. In this role, you’ll build the engine that fills our sales pipeline: mapping our total addressable market, finding the right contacts, and running signal-based outbound campaigns that get demos on the calendar.

In Short

• Own the top of the sales funnel and build infrastructure for outreach.

Requirements

• Fluency in Clay and experience with HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach.
• Experience writing effective outbound copy.
• Proven track record in running outbound campaigns.
• Ability to perform manual research.
• Background in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Bonus for experience with signal-based outbound or intent data.
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo and Lemlist.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• Track record of contributing to pipeline and revenue.
