Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Lumerate will focus on generating new leads and qualifying inbound business opportunities, working closely with Business Development Managers to achieve monthly quotas.

In Short

  • Responsible for the first half of the sales cycle.
  • Focus on growing the top of the sales funnel.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product value propositions.
  • Target Sales Directors, VP's, and C-Level executives.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calling and other methods.
  • Maintain records in Salesforce.
  • Support marketing initiatives for inbound opportunities.
  • Follow up on inbound leads.
  • Uncover access routes into prospect companies.
  • Work within a hybrid team culture.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and competitive spirit.
  • Experience in generating leads.
  • Knowledge of SaaS and biotech/pharma industries.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
