• Responding to and resolving customer queries and issues.

Requirements

• Graduation from a university or college program.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
• Familiarity with the SaaS industry.
• Experience troubleshooting technical problems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
