Overview

As a Customer Support Associate at Studio Designer, you will provide technical assistance to customers in a dynamic environment, ensuring their issues are resolved effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support or similar role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
