Overview

We are an early-stage startup that is hiring an enthusiastic Customer Support Associate to support our growing Customer Success team. We are looking to bring on individuals who want to make sure our clients and experts have an amazing experience working with us!

In Short

  • Manage email, phone, and chat communication with customers.
  • Support long-term customers with their web presence.
  • Learn tools of our web design suite and assist with small design tasks.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base/FAQ and other support resources.
  • Be a strong communicator and empathetic listener.
  • Work full-time, 8 hrs/day (9am - 5pm US Eastern Standard Time).
  • Help resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Encourage and support small business users.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Contribute to our mission of helping people do meaningful work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Highly proficient in English writing and communication.
  • Experience in web design and managing websites.
  • Empathy for small business users.
  • Comfortable with time management and prioritization.
  • Familiarity with managing third-party integrations.
  • Willingness to learn and teach.
  • Desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
  • No minimum experience required; talent and interest are prioritized.
