Overview

Lumerate is searching for a Technical Product Specialist to join our team as we grow rapidly. This role involves being the bridge between our product, customers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

In Short

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and client needs.
• Analyze customer requests and data to determine optimal product configurations.
• Manage and implement product configurations and new features for client accounts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product features.
• Participate in product design projects and new sales meetings.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry).
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software systems.
• Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 4 years experience with SaaS products or in the biotech industry.
• Canadian Work Authorization.
