Overview

The eBike Technical Product Specialist will act as a local technical manager providing support for bicycle dealers in the Midwest, focusing on promotional activities and customer service improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the bicycle industry or as a bicycle mechanic.
• MS Office experience including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Mechanical degree from UBI or BBI is a plus.
• Strong group presentation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
