The Technical Product Support Specialist will provide technical support to patients and clinicians, ensuring smooth operation of technology used in patient care.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to patients and clinicians.
  • Guide patients through using Android tablets and Zoom.
  • Verify data through Azure and assist with RPM devices.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Team for issue resolution.
  • Handle tech support requests from clinicians and patients.
  • Manage project tools like GitLab and Azure DevOps.
  • Conduct tech calls for non-tech-savvy patients.
  • Support clinical team with equipment setup.
  • Present and take notes on technical meetings.
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer support role.
  • Expertise in Android Tablets and Samsung Knox.
  • Proficiency in managing Zoom Meetings.
  • Familiarity with medical devices.
  • Knowledge of Athenahealth preferred.
  • Experience with issue tracking software.
  • Understanding of Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Healthcare experience is advantageous.
