In Short

• Schedules and provides technical training to distributor personnel, contractors, dealers, and/or installers.
• Tests and troubleshoots Franklin Electric products. Supervises and assists at product installations.
• Promotes and represents Franklin Electric products and programs at tradeshows and special events.
• Conducts product demonstrations as needed.
• Collects and reports marketing information pertaining to competitive products and customer needs.
• Writes and submits weekly reports highlighting problems at specific sites.
• Self-motivated and collaborative individual passionate about making a positive impact.
• Hard-working, confident, competitive, and results-oriented professional.
• Effective communicator who can interpret and convey information clearly.
• Collaborative partner who builds cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• Writes reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals.
• Interprets technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Effectively communicates in person-to-person and small group situations.
• Travels 50 percent of the time, including overnight travel.
• Degree in business administration, computer technology, engineering, or related field.
• Five plus years of related water systems or industry experience preferred.
