Overview

As a Senior Account Executive at LTK, you will be a key member of our Brand Partnerships team, responsible for building a robust pipeline and closing new business for LTK Connect, our self-service platform.

In Short

  • Achieve and exceed aggressive quarterly sales targets
  • Identify high-potential prospects and execute outbound strategies
  • Articulate LTK’s value proposition during client demos
  • Manage the sales cycle from finding clients to securing deals
  • Work with marketing to promote new products
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new customers
  • Set monthly OKRs with your manager
  • Act as a leader among peers to support the team
  • Develop strategies with Business Development Representatives
  • Align with senior leadership on go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS, Technology or Media Sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, marketing or communications
  • Demonstrated consistent over-achievement vs. sales targets
  • Experience with mid-size DTC companies
  • Ability to present solutions to CEOs/Founders
  • Guide BDRs in prospecting high-value companies
  • Strong analytical skills for strategy development
  • Attention to detail and quick adaptability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative and coachable, willing to learn
  • Interest in emerging technologies
  • CRM Platform experience in Hubspot or equivalent preferred
  • Empathetic energy and a growth mindset
  • Resourcefulness and strategic thinking for problem-solving
  • Self-motivated and quick learner
