• Drive the end-to-end creator journey from acquisition to content creation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing.
• Improve Day 1 retention and time-to-first-value.
• Own product strategy and execution for the creator lifecycle.
• Design onboarding experiences to accelerate early success.
• Research user needs and translate insights into product solutions.
• Mentor junior PMs and drive cross-functional execution.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance.
• Work in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Product Leader.
• Ability to define product vision and set clear roadmaps.
• Strong product and design sensibility.
• Understanding user needs and translating them into solutions.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Action-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience using tools like Amplitude.
• Ability to work in iterative environments.
• Experience in consumer-facing products.
