Overview

The HR Case Management Leader is responsible for ensuring GE Vernova delivers an intuitive, user-friendly employee experience when users leverage Service Cloud and other related HR tools seeking HR support.

In Short

  • Own the strategy for simplification and improvement of Oracle Service Cloud.
  • Ensure existing tools deliver value by enabling new functionalities.

  • Experience in global collaboration is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Understanding of HR Service Delivery and People Operations model.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Self-starter with minimal instruction needed.
  • Strong team player who collaborates well with others.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and relationship building.
  • Proven ability to prioritize business needs and change requests.
  • Experience with Oracle Service Cloud is desirable.
  • Data Analytics and reporting design capabilities are a plus.
  • LEAN mindset and practices preferred.
