Overview

The Fixed Production Cost, SG&A & ITO Cost Productivity Manager is responsible for leading cost optimization strategies within the MENA Services business, focusing on both variable and non-variable cost portfolios.

• Lead cost optimization and reduction initiatives.

• Analyze financial data for Fixed Production Cost and SG&A.
• Work with HQ finance teams for accurate cost allocation.

• Create long-term strategies for margin improvement.
• Ensure adherence to TX WF process and data integrity.
• Report on regional cost performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial functions.
• Strong knowledge of GE finance and accounting tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• GE CAS / FMP graduate preferred.
