Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our existing contractual customers, while generating controls aftermarket services growth in the existing contractual customer base.

In Short

  • Drive overall post-sales relationship with assigned contracts.
  • Own and manage contract setup, delivery, and financials.
  • Develop specialized knowledge in the discipline.
  • Build and maintain proactive long-term relationships with customers.
  • Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all contract and customer-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge to educate customers.
  • Own and achieve orders operational plans and commercial strategy.
  • Provide continuous insight and relay the voice of the customer.
  • Minimum of 50% travel required within the West Region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of controls experience or high school diploma with 10 years.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with GE Controls Products.
  • 10 years of experience with GE control product systems preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in the OT Cyber Security industry desired.
  • High proficiency with computer tools (MS Office suite).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
