Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at CyberArk is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization from CyberArk products, working closely with enterprise customers to enhance their security posture.

In Short

  • Own customer onboarding, adoption, and advocacy.
  • Build success plans and establish critical goals with customers.
  • Design and execute value roadmaps for customers.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review progress and program status.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Collaborate with CyberArk Account Team for new opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs within CyberArk.
  • Measure Customer Health metrics and proactively address issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or related roles.
  • Strong consulting and project management skills.
  • Experience with Cybersecurity/SaaS and enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security products.
  • Understanding of cloud and on-premise IT landscapes.
  • Experience with enterprise Directory services.
  • Technological knowledge of networking environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software on Windows and UNIX.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
