Senior Paralegal (Emerging Companies & Venture Capital) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Paralegal will serve as a key member of the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) practice, supporting high-growth company clients and venture investors across the full company lifecycle—from formation through venture financings, ongoing corporate governance, and exit transactions.

• Manage multiple concurrent venture financings in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Partner with attorneys and clients on founder matters, equity structuring, and investor coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple venture financings simultaneously.
• Independently manage corporate and transactional workstreams.
• Lead due diligence processes and proactively flag issues for attorneys.
• Draft and manage key transactional documents.
• Support venture capital financings and maintain closing processes.
• Track key transactional and compliance deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Strong understanding of venture capital deal mechanics.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and deal management software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong initiative and resourcefulness.
