Overview

The National Sales - Key Account Manager will be responsible for all sales activities within a privately managed hotel group with 8 hotels in Germany, working remotely.

In Short

  • Manage all sales activities for the hotel group.
  • Conduct company and client visits, and organize sales blitz.
  • Handle and process RFPs.
  • Create customer profiles and monthly sales reports.
  • Assist in planning and organizing customer events and promotional products.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy development and implementation.
  • Monitor productivity of key accounts and coordinate with management.
  • Participate in the creation of annual budgets and investment plans.
  • Attend relevant commercial and regional meetings.
  • Analyze hotel and market developments.

Requirements

  • Proactive salesperson with high personal commitment.
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant industry experience and market knowledge.
  • Natural ability to conduct efficient sales conversations and act customer-oriented.
  • Negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
  • Flexibility and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and good knowledge of English.
