The Lost and Found Personnel Consulting & Placement is a well-established personnel consulting company known in the market for over 25 years, focusing on the international hotel, tourism, catering industry, food industry, supply industry, and many other sectors.

We are currently seeking a NATIONAL SALES - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER NORD (m/f/d) for a privately managed hotel group with 8 hotels in Germany, to work remotely from home.

In Short

  • Responsible for all sales activities of the hotel group in the Northern region of Germany.
  • Conducting company and customer visits, house tours, and sales blitzes.
  • Managing and processing RFPs.
  • Creating customer profiles and monthly sales reports.
  • Assisting in planning and organizing customer events and promotional products.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of pricing strategies.
  • Monitoring productivity of key accounts and coordinating with management.
  • Assisting in the creation of annual budgets and investment plans.
  • Participating in relevant commercial/regional meetings.
  • Analyzing hotel and market developments.

Requirements

  • Proactive salesperson with high personal engagement.
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant industry experience and market knowledge.
  • Ability to conduct efficient sales conversations and act customer-oriented.
  • Negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
  • Flexibility and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German and good knowledge of English.
