Overview

The Lost and Found Personnel Consulting & Placement is a well-established personnel consulting company known in the market for over 20 years, specializing in the international hotel, tourism, catering, and food industries. We are looking for a National Sales - Key Account Manager for a privately operated hotel group with 8 hotels in Germany, to be filled as soon as possible.

In Short

  • Responsible for all sales activities of the hotel group in the Northern region of Germany.
  • Conduct company and client visits, hotel tours, and sales blitzes.
  • Manage and process RFPs.
  • Create customer profiles and monthly sales reports.
  • Participate in planning and organizing customer events and promotional products.
  • Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
  • Monitor productivity of key accounts and coordinate with management.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and investment plans.
  • Participate in relevant commercial/regional meetings.
  • Analyze hotel and market developments.

Requirements

  • Proactive salesperson with high personal commitment.
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant industry experience and market knowledge.
  • Ability to conduct efficient sales conversations and act customer-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
  • Flexibility and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and good English skills.
