In Short

• Own new customer onboardings and additional implementations for assigned accounts end-to-end.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Serve as a dedicated project manager for all assigned implementations.
• Consult with customers to deliver appropriate implementation experiences.
• Utilize application templates for quick customer onboarding.
• Configure customized use cases on Risk Cloud.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on Risk Cloud products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Conduct effective meetings with customers over web conference.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or software implementations.
• 2+ years of experience in the GRC industry or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced technical knowledge in Excel.
• Experience managing multiple large projects.
• Experience with budget management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in banking and financial services is preferred.
