Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Understanding of process improvement in software implementation.
• Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage technical and business aspects.
