Overview

The Head of Sales Nordics will be responsible for driving commercial results in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, focusing on growing existing accounts and opening new opportunities.

In Short

Own regional revenue after onboarding at HQ in Belgium.
Develop and support customers with visits and product training.
Engage prescribers early in the specification process.
Build a disciplined pipeline and bring in high-quality partners.
Run the full sales cycle with support from Inside Sales.

Requirements

5+ years of B2B field sales experience in technical cycles.
Awareness of specifications and standards; certifications knowledge is a plus.
Strong relationship-building and closing skills.
Self-driven and organized with a busy agenda.
Results-oriented and comfortable working independently.
Fluency in Swedish and/or Danish; English is also important.
