In Short

  • Work with existing partnerships to develop long-term sales plans.
  • Own the full sales cycle from business case development to closing deals.
  • Develop account plans and drive growth through existing and new revenue streams.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of accounts and define success metrics.
  • Map accounts and execute effective meetings with stakeholders.
  • Refine sales skills and seek feedback for improvement.
  • Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on Loadsmart’s business and the logistics industry.
  • Participate in a collaborative sales team culture.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual QBRs.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of direct sales or account management experience.
  • 2–3 years leading complex sales cycles with Enterprise organizations.
  • Proficient in sales productivity tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Experience selling WMS or logistics software services.
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers in the logistics industry.
  • Strong presentation skills for in-person meetings.
