LTL Load Management Representative - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an innovative and agile LTL Load Management Representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. This position will work with our LTL Load Management team to coordinate and assist our carriers to ensure excellent service for our customers.

In Short

• Communicate with carriers regarding booked loads
• Communicate with external and internal parties regarding delays or issues with shipments
• Track and trace shipments to ensure deadlines and delivery times are met
• Keep track of upcoming deliveries and possible delays that may occur
• Resolve and manage communication with carriers when general issues arise
• Report and manage accessorials and extra fees our carriers might charge
• Provide carrier feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers
• Collaborate with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• LTL or transportation experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English - verbal and written
