Overview

As an Order Management Representative at Progress, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the ShareFile COM Team, ensuring efficient order management and customer support.

In Short

• Assist in daily operations of the ShareFile COM Team.
• Support standard business processes and rules.
• Contribute to maintaining SLAs and KPIs.
• Understand Progress System infrastructure and processes.
• Improve operational strategies and responsiveness.
• Triage complex order process issues.
• Provide friendly support to internal users.
• Maintain communication regarding issue status.
• Create and update process documentation.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to review purchase orders and documentation.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; other languages beneficial.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or CRMs.
• KCS Certification is a plus.
