Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Partner Sales, West to build high-impact, scalable and sustaining strategic partnerships with leading System Integrators and VARs. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding LivePerson’s ecosystem by fostering and managing relationships with key partners that align with our vision to enhance customer experience through AI-powered solutions.

In Short

  • Identify and evaluate potential SI and VAR partnerships in the US and Canada.
  • Work closely with LivePerson West Coast field teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at partner organizations.
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the success of partnerships.
  • Work alongside Innovation, Sales and Product teams.
  • Evangelize the partner opportunity across LivePerson.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in partners, sales, strategic alliances.
  • Strong existing executive relationships with leading SIs and VARs.
  • Strong experience building and leading new lines of business.
  • Proven success selling to, through, and with partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to measure and communicate progress against business objectives.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment.
  • Sales and business value outcome orientation.
  • Skilled at influencing others and developing alignment.
