Overview

We’re looking for someone to build new business, sustain those accounts once brought on, and drive a dynamic client experience within the vast opportunity in our market. The individual will have set their focus on and achieved consistent increases in market share by championing efficiency, creativity, and innovation.

  • Utilize your sales expertise to design and execute a consistent, engaging end-to-end sales process
  • Foster and maintain strategic relationships to understand and document Servers.com’s impact, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and growth
  • Implement a collaborative strategy for new business acquisition, customer growth, and retention
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer interactions to consistently exceed daily targets
  • Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in CRM with three times target coverage
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive tactical and strategic decisions, while relaying customer feedback for continuous product and process improvement
  • Prospect and visit new customers, including travel (domestic and international) as needed
  • Develop and execute a global events strategy aligned with your vertical market.
  • Leverage CRM to document key customer interactions and data points, reinforcing strategic decisions and business case development
  • Travel required up to 70%

Requirements

  • 3+ years of new business sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
  • Skilled at gathering insights from decision-makers, prioritizing customer needs, and delivering exceptional service
  • Clear and effective communicator across all platforms
  • Highly target-driven, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic, ambitious company
