Team Lead – Digital Project Management - Remote

In Short

• Be accountable for team performance, productivity, and achieving targets and goals
• Participate in activity to plan staffing levels
• Maintain quality service by reviewing operating practices and establishing/enforcing company standards
• Create, review, and improve internal documentation
• Maintain communication and follow up to ensure company staff is fully informed of all pertinent information
• Respond to and document emergent situations appropriately
• Continuously identify and implement efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
• Collaborate with team members, project managers, and stakeholders on assigned projects
• Be responsible for the employee life cycle including disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and goal reaching activities
• Work with clients to ensure buy-in and project success and to determine the required deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or comparable combination of education or relative experience
• Creative problem solving and the ability to translate client needs into clear summaries
• The ability to successfully manage complex resources
• The ability to prioritize among competing priorities for the highest value
• Proven leadership experience
• Proven track record for cultivating successful teams
• Strong business intuition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
• The ability to understand, analyze, and influence data trends
