At CloudOne Digital, we unite leading brands like Liquid Web and Servers.com to deliver exceptional digital experiences. We’re looking for an Enterprise Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead full-cycle B2B marketing efforts, owning strategy and execution across acquisition, expansion, and retention.

In Short

• Convert prospects into customers and increase ARPU through targeted upsell and cross-sell plays.
• Reduce churn across key ICPs.
• Collaborate with paid media, SEO, product marketing, and creative teams.
• Deliver automated journeys and AI-driven campaigns that fuel revenue growth.
• Assist in developing lifecycle strategies for email, SMS, and proactive live chat.
• Define segment-specific customer journeys for acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build, launch, and manage automated and ad hoc campaigns.
• Monitor and improve lifecycle KPIs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align efforts.
• Ensure data hygiene and integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
• Proven track record in building automated, multi-channel lifecycle programs.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavior-driven triggers.
• Hands-on experience with CRM & email/SMS automation platforms.
• HTML/CSS skills for email coding.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams.
