Overview

As a fully remote company, Kraken is seeking a Marketing Manager - Lifecycle to drive product adoption and engagement through innovative lifecycle marketing strategies in the crypto space.

In Short

• Lead lifecycle marketing programs involving email, push, and in-app communications.
• Shape lifecycle strategy for Consumer products to support revenue growth.
• Build and execute complex CRM campaigns.
• Conduct data analysis to optimize campaigns and manage spend.
• Experiment and leverage automation for engagement and retention.
• Update leadership on progress and drive incremental value across the company.
• Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure marketing is compliant.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM program development.
• Experience in building and executing complex CRM campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Braze.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing in a B2C setting.
• Strong skills in analytics tools like Tableau and Big Query.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Expertise in customer segmentation strategies.
