As a Business Development Representative, you will find, develop and create new business opportunities for our sales team, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience.

In Short

  • Sourcing prospects and developing opportunities for small to medium-sized business accounts.
  • Communicating with generated leads within a set timeline.
  • Working directly with sales teams to pass along qualified opportunities.
  • Developing a strong understanding of prospects through solution selling techniques.
  • Proactively prospecting into accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding metrics defined by the Sales Leadership Team.
  • Strategizing with Account Executives on priority accounts and prospects.

Requirements

  • Background in technology sales or lead generation is a plus.
  • Ability to be coached, trained, and mentored toward a successful software sales career.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong skills in MS Office.
  • Desire to grow within an organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
