LinkedIn is seeking a Strategic Support Consultant to enhance the experience for enterprise customers by providing dedicated support and consultation on LinkedIn products.

In Short

• Provide dedicated support to LinkedIn Talent Solutions clients
• Collaborate with Strategic Support Partners
• Manage a small book of accounts with daily client satisfaction targets
• Analyze client needs and provide product consultation
• Conduct phone calls for technical assistance and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer support, complaint resolution, or sales/account management
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Experience in Internet companies preferred
• Technical support/troubleshooting experience
• Data analysis skills for identifying growth opportunities
• Expert knowledge of MS Office
