As a Sales Trainer at Lightspeed, you will help our Capital Account Managers succeed through effective training and coaching, creating engaging learning experiences that drive performance.

In Short

• Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Run individual and group coaching sessions focused on sales techniques.
• Create engaging learning content like playbooks and e-learning modules.
• Use tools like Salesforce and Gong to measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting teams.

Requirements

• Experience in sales enablement, training, or coaching within B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Ability to create engaging and actionable content.
• Proficiency with Docebo, Gong, Articulate, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish, French, and English.
• Self-motivated and people-focused.
