  • Leverage data from Salesforce and Power BI for growth opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics for law firm growth and provider activity.
  • Ensure compliance with MoveDocs policies and processes.
  • Address escalations and complex situations involving providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive market initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in law firm business development or account management.
  • Ability to grow strategic accounts and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience managing teams and providing mentorship.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
