In Short

  • Provide excellent support to candidates, coaches/consultants, and colleagues.
  • Daily contact with candidates to inform them about services and activate them in the program.
  • Provide operational and admin support to the team.
  • Plan various workshops, webinars, and networking events.
  • Build a strong network with hiring managers and employment agencies.
  • Support candidates by answering questions and matching them with coaches/consultants.
  • Coordinate local candidate events and promote them.
  • Provide regular updates on labor market trends to candidates.
  • Build relationships with the external HR community.
  • Expand the alumni network by promoting the LHH Nederland Network LinkedIn community.

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience in administration and interest in HR services.
  • Interest in labor market trends.
  • Strong communication and motivation skills.
  • Excellent telephone manners.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • High social competence and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Commercial flair and consulting competence.
  • High service and quality orientation.
  • Ability to communicate with candidates at all levels.
  • Demonstrable track record of good organization skills.

Benefits

  • Contract of limited duration (12 months).
  • Min. 32 hours/week.
  • Partial home office is allowed.
