Overview

The Business Developer’s primary responsibility is to meet or exceed defined annual sales target goals while profitably building revenues within the assigned Career Transition & Mobility (CT&M) sales territory.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of business development/sales experience.
  • Proven history in B2B sales environment.
  • Experience selling to HR Executives preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to propose innovative solutions for clients.
  • Collaborative approach to drive results.
