Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment for business-critical roles in the USA and Europe, collaborating with hiring managers to identify and acquire top talent.

In Short

  • Manage 15-30 exempt level roles across multiple functions and business units.
  • Build and execute recruiting strategies including candidate sourcing and assessment.
  • Develop strong relationships to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Serve as a talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive experience for clients and candidates through effective communication.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
  • Represent LHH’s business and values to external candidates.
  • Collaborate with peers to share market intelligence and best practices.
  • Comply with all Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
  • Work on special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting mid to senior level professionals.
  • Tri-lingual in French, Spanish, and English.
  • Experience recruiting across Europe and the USA.
  • Strong consultative and project management skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and advisor roles.
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to work on roles outside assigned region.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
