Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting - Remote

Overview

Join our team to oversee the LHH CTM/LD financial data quality, ensuring reporting of our business unit’s three financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) and statistical submissions are accurate and aligned to Group Reporting Policy.

In Short

• Review the consolidated and country Income Statements & statistical submissions.
• Conduct analytical reviews to identify material errors or misstatements.
• Ownership of cash flow forecasting and reporting.
• Lead monthly close meetings highlighting potential issues.
• Manage mapping and governance of local systems to Group Reporting.
• Collaborate with teams for accurate reporting and issue resolution.
• Oversee changes to reporting requirements and manage restatements.
• Project manage internal audits and finance projects.
• Ensure robust and efficient controlling processes.
• Foster effective working relationships across all levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
• Qualified accountant or bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and understanding of accounting software.
• Experience in reviewing financial statements on a global scale.
• Understanding of the Career Transition Industry is a plus.
• Attention to detail and proactive nature.
• Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
