In Short

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements for approximately 50 reinsurance companies.
• Tax return preparation and analysis including necessary tax schedules and IRS correspondence.
• Preparation of domicile-related filings for licensing requirements.
• Work closely with Distribution and Client Wealth teams to analyze company performance.
• Act as the point of contact between Protective Asset Protection, sales, and shareholders.
• Assist in gathering tax documentation for financial statements and tax returns.
• Demonstrate teamwork and possess strong computer systems knowledge.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.

Requirements

• Accounting degree and/or Finance or equivalent.
• 2 years general accounting experience in an automated environment.
• Excellent computer software skills, particularly in spreadsheets (Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
