Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with in-house experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in proactive sourcing required.
• Experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse preferred.
• Ability to work in a global organization is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
