Operations Automation Specialist - Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Automation Specialist who will serve as the backbone of our automation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on streamlining processes, connecting systems, and enabling teams to work smarter.

In Short

• Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Design workflows and implement process improvements.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n.
• Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms.
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations.
• Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools.
• Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance.
• Maintain clear documentation for all automations.
• Provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.

Requirements

• Experience with automation tools like n8n and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and data handling.
