As an Operations and Automation Specialist at Staxxer, you ensure that our growth always runs at full speed without manual hassle. You build smart processes, connect tools like HubSpot, n8n, and Zapier, and ensure that data flows smoothly to sales, service, and customer success.

Requirements

• Proactive with new initiatives to roll out, test, and optimize.
• Structured in streamlining processes and removing bottlenecks.
• Experience with automating operational workflows and tools.
• Familiar with the latest automation and data tools (like n8n, Zapier, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of the e-commerce market is a plus.
