We are seeking a high-performing, analytically minded Financial Operations & Automation Specialist to enhance efficiency and decision-making through automation and AI-driven solutions.

In Short

• Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual overhead.
• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain AI/automation tools.
• Prototype and deploy lightweight LLM-powered agents.
• Build and maintain scalable internal reporting systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Define and evolve real-time dashboards for metrics and OKRs.
• Own and run recurring workflows for finance operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Drive initiatives from conception to completion.
• Work in a remote-first setup with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a hybrid technical/business role.
• Fluency in spreadsheets and modern data tools.
• Obsessed with new technology, AI, and automation APIs.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
• Bonus: Experience with tools like LangChain, Zapier, or Retool.
• Bonus: Experience with programming or scripting languages.
