Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Engineering Manager at Enode, you’ll lead the team, set the technical vision, and drive strategic decisions for our core product. You'll balance hands-on technical work with high-level planning, similar to a CTO within your product’s scope.

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong technical judgment, favoring simple and scalable solutions
• Experience managing remote and distributed teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for different audiences (leadership, users, company-wide)
• Thrive in a collaborative environment with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts
