We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Team Lead to lead the management and optimization of our data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting for a rapidly scaling Payment Orchestration company. Operating for over four years with a growing presence in the USA and European markets, we rely heavily on data-driven decision-making to enhance our services, optimize revenue, and provide value to merchants. The Data Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining data accuracy, security, and accessibility while driving insights that support our growth trajectory.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience leading data teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields (Mathematics, Economics, etc.).
• Experience in the online payments industry.
• Ability to analyze multiple data sources.
• Experience with Business Intelligence software and coding packages.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with integration projects in large companies.
• Understanding of file connections for payment methods implementation.
