DBA Big Data Team Lead - Remote

Overview

Nexxen is seeking a Big Data DBA Team Lead to join their Data Operations team in Tel Aviv, responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and development of the organization's databases and data stores.

In Short

• Lead a team ensuring database stability and performance.
• Manage daily database management and performance tuning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a big data DBA team.
• Deep understanding of Big Data technologies (Vertica, Druid, Kafka, Hadoop, Snowflake).
• Experience with RDBMS administration (MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer, PostgreSQL).
• Proven experience with Linux.
• Familiarity with scripting (Shell/Python/Ruby).
• Experience with NoSQL/KV stores (Redis, Mongo, Aerospike).
