Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on management experience in the healthcare industry.
• 7+ years of experience in data science and/or machine learning.
• Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics.
• Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python and Spark.
• Proven track record in building and scaling data science teams.
• Ability to present results of analyses clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in translating complex business problems into data science products.
