The Senior Solutions Architect at LaunchDarkly plays a crucial role in the Professional Services organization, helping customers improve their software delivery processes and adopt modern release practices.

In Short

Lead strategic customer engagements to optimize software delivery.
Guide customers on best practices for software development.
Establish technical partnerships to maximize value.
Identify and resolve technical obstacles for customers.
Act as a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly.
Advocate for customers by conveying feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Drive organizational change through modern release strategies.
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps leaders.
Manage multiple projects effectively.
Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services team.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in enterprise software.
Hands-on technical background with a consultative approach.
Expertise in the full software development lifecycle.
Experience in at least one supported programming language.
Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in pre-sales and post-sales capacities.
Familiarity with cloud services and feature management platforms.
Experience with Linux, Containers, and Virtual Machines.
Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
