Overview

Algolia is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to enhance customer success by providing technical solutions and guidance for product adoption. You will work closely with enterprise customers to ensure successful implementations and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing, consultative role.
• Experience with commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with backend frameworks (Node, Rails, Django).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
